9. Limitation of Liability

Next Realty LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party sites.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Angola. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luanda, Angola.
